EIT Food Hub Latvia connects people, ideas, and sectors to build a strong and resilient agrifood innovation ecosystem.
Through dialogue, partnerships, and real-life events, we help drive the transformation toward a healthier and more sustainable food system.
We work closely with universities, startups, companies, farmers, policymakers, and consumers to spark innovation through collaboration.
How we build the ecosystem
- Roundtable discussions on key topics like sustainable packaging and regenerative agriculture
- Startup events and demo days to showcase innovation and connect ideas to industry
- Networking with national and international partners to support collaboration across borders
- Participation in EIT Community events in Latvia (e.g., Meet the KICs, Innovation Forums)
In 2024, our activities reached over 11,000 people through events, media, and outreach.
